Operation process:
Start the power switch, and adjust the temperature, time and pressure to the required requirements.
When the temperature is reached, please try to burn the required products, switch the switch to the "manual" position, and confirm the product quality approval before converting to the "automatic" position batch production.
When switching to "manual" position, press "manual start" heating plate downward pressure until the time to automatically rise, such as: hot stamping process found in the wrong position, then press "emergency stop" stop hot pressure, when the switch to "automatic" position, only the heating plate in place to the heating plate automatic down pressure.
Matters needing attention：
The whole machine must have proper and reliable ground wire protection.
Maintenance:
Air pressure: if the pressure is not enough or too big, the pressure valve is up-regulated in the adjustable cylinder, the pressure is increased to the (+) direction, and the pressure is reduced to the (-) direction (please pay attention to whether the cylinder has lubricating oil).
Temperature: when the device reaches the set temperature, the heating plate is not heated or unevenly heated. Please check the connection of the thermostat and confirm whether there is any damage to the thermocouple.
Time: when switching to "manual", press "manual start" to check "manual" switch, when the switch to "automatic", when the plate is in place, it will not be under pressure, should check the contact point of the micro switch in the box, if the different position should be adjusted;
